You will perform duties in the RM's absence, lead team meetings, oversee brand training, schedule and coach staff, and help manage costs, safety, and compliance with brand standards and franchisee policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Support RM in staff deployment and scheduling.
• Coach staff to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
