Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team in daily operations. The role includes floor operations, training, and ensuring guest experiences reflect the brand’s standards.

You will help manage inventory, scheduling, and safety requirements while driving profitability and top-line sales for the restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, positive leadership to the team and assist Restaurant Manager in all duties.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager and oversee Brand Training programs.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed; execute new product rollouts and in-store marketing.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions to drive guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor deployment in collaboration with RM.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and comply with laws and franchisee policies.
• Coach team to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
