Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

We value leadership, clear communication, and the ability to motivate a team to meet sales targets while delivering excellent guest experiences. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support peak times.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
