Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help drive daily restaurant operations. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, lead and mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a food/hospitality role or similar supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Manage inventory and enforce food safety/quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and controlling labor costs.
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets and guest satisfaction.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
