Job summary

Flynn Arby’s, part of Flynn Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, train staff, manage inventory, and support scheduling while driving guest satisfaction and quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality position, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.
