Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations, train staff, manage inventory, and drive sales targets while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
