Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service

• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
