Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, work with the General Manager, and lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will train staff, monitor inventory, enforce food safety, and drive sales targets while maintaining a clean, efficient environment. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements
