Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. In partnership with the General Manager, you will help ensure smooth restaurant operations, train and mentor staff, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
