Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the General Manager, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold food safety and quality standards while driving sales targets.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
