Requirements include at least two years in restaurant supervision, the ability to motivate a 15+ member team, and a strong commitment to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
