Qualifications

• Minimum two years in restaurant supervision or management in a high‑volume setting.
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ staff.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be 21+ and legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant functions.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff; optimize floor coverage for efficiency.
• Drive sales, monitor budgets, and address operational challenges promptly.
