Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of a multi-location restaurant. You will help lead staff, drive customer service excellence, and ensure food safety and team safety with a focus on high performance and accountability.

You will work closely with the General Manager and colleagues to maintain strong operations, develop talent, and meet performance targets while delivering an excellent dining experience for guests across the region.

Qualifications

• At least two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Operations Leader in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Help achieve operational goals and budget targets.
• Maintain clear communication regarding achievements, priorities, and changes.
• Optimize staff deployment for efficiency and customer service.
