Wonder is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive work environment. You will focus on food safety, team safety, and exceptional customer service.

You will lead a team in a fast-paced setting, with responsibilities including staffing, training, and achieving operational goals while maintaining high standards and compliance across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.
• Strong communication and professionalism in fast-paced environments.

• Assist the Sr Operations Leader in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Aid Sr Operations Leader in achieving operational goals and budget targets.

• Drive restaurant sales and service efficiency by removing obstacles.
• Supervise inventory and food safety protocols with attention to shelf life.
