Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant supervisor or management experience in a high-volume setting (QSR or full-service).
• Ability to lead and develop teams of 15+ members.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding priorities, protocols, and changes.
• Optimize staff deployment to maximize efficiency.
• Drive restaurant sales and service efficiency by resolving obstacles.
• Supervise inventory and food safety protocols; ensure shelf life and dating accuracy.
