Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant supervision or management in high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ members.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professionalism and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
