Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in the Annapolis area seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. In their absence, you perform all Manager duties, oversee floor operations and Brand Training programs, and foster a positive guest-focused culture to drive sales and operations.

Key tasks include leading team meetings, coordinating training and certification, ensuring brand standards, managing schedules, inventory and safety, and assisting with new product

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicate restaurant priorities, goals and results to team.
