Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in the Annapolis area is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and shift leaders. This role covers floor operations, brand training, and delivering guest experiences in line with Dunkin' standards.

You will lead team meetings, supervise training, ensure brand standards, manage inventory and scheduling, and help drive profitability. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour plus tips, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, scheduling, training, validation and certification of staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Execute with RM new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety and sanitation requirements.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Assist RM with weekly labor schedule and staffing.
• Assist RM with supplier and vendor orders.
• Coach restaurant team members to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
