Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management needed.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs and staff certification.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Communicate priorities, goals and results to the team.
• Support new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Ensure proper POS and in-store setup per Brand standards.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant operations.
