Dunkin in Belmont, NY is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders, and team. You will lead floor operations, oversee Brand Training programs, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving profitability for a single restaurant.

You will conduct team meetings, schedule and train staff, uphold brand standards, and contribute to new product rollouts and in-store marketing.

Qualificações

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Good analytical skills and business acumen.
• Works well with others, honesty and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager and oversee Brand Training Programs.
• Schedule, train, validate and certify team and shift leads.
• Maintain Brand standards, recipes and systems and ensure guest-focused service.
• Manage inventory and assist with weekly labor scheduling to meet demand.
• Assist in store budgeting and cash handling in line with franchisee policies.
• Engage with Field Operations as appropriate and support product rollouts.
