Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and guest experience.
• Lead team meetings and conduct training for staff and shift leads.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs and ensure standards are followed.
• Maintain brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Manage guest feedback and help implement improvement plans.
• Assist with scheduling, labor deployment, and inventory control.
• Support supplier orders and store budgeting as directed.
