Dunkin' in Rochester, NY is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will perform duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence, lead daily operations, and help deliver great guest experiences while upholding Dunkin' standards.

You will train and develop staff, manage floor operations, monitor safety and sanitation, review guest feedback, assist with scheduling, cost control and inventory, and participate in new product rollouts.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager and oversee staff.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate and certify team and shift leads.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and address guest feedback.
• Assist with new product rollouts, training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Execute POS/instore setup per Brand standards; maintain safety and sanitation compliance.
• Assist with inventory, labor scheduling and staff deployment.
• Support the Restaurant Manager with budget adherence and cash handling.
• Engage with Field Operations as appropriate.
