Job summary

Dunkin is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and team in a fast-paced Dunkin location. You will perform duties in the RM’s absence, oversee floor operations, and lead Brand Training programs to deliver friendly guest experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include leading staff meetings, training and certifying team members, maintaining brand standards, managing costs and inventory, scheduling labor per franchise

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills

• Basic math and financial management
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Review guest feedback and implement action plans to drive improvement
