Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and lead day-to-day operations. You will help oversee floor operations, Brand Training programs, and staff development to deliver great guest experiences while maintaining Dunkin' standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include leading team meetings, supervising training and certification, ensuring food safety and sanitation, and assisting with scheduling and budgeting to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Communicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members.
• Assist in product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment following safety and sanitation requirements.
