Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff
• Execute brand standards, recipes and systems across operations
• Create and maintain a guest-focused culture and review guest feedback to drive improvement
• Support in weekly labor scheduling and staffing to meet guest demand and service standards
• Assist in supplier and other vendor orders and inventory management
• Ensure budget adherence and cash handling procedures in line with franchisee policies
• Collaborate with RM on new product rollouts and in-store marketing execution
