Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. In the absence of the RM, you perform their duties and lead floor operations, Brand Training programs, and uphold Dunkin' standards to deliver friendly guest experiences and profitable results.

You will lead team meetings, schedule and train staff, oversee brand training, roll out new products, ensure safety and sanitation, and support cost control and vendor coordination in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to train and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team.
• Create and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans for improvement.
• Execute product rollouts, including training and marketing where applicable.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment and ensure compliance with laws.
• Control costs to maximize profitability.
• Assist RM with labor scheduling, inventory, and supplier orders.
• Engage with Dunkin Brands Field Operations as appropriate.
