Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in the United States is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers and manages onboarding/processes.
• Creates crewmember schedules and oversees payroll for hourly staff.
• Ensures on-brand customer service and proper shift execution.
