Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture. The role includes onboarding and payroll for hourly crewmembers, creating work schedules, coaching performance, and serving as manager on duty.

You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver excellent guest service, ensure cleanliness and safety, and help drive restaurant profitability.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, energetic with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to analyze problems, set goals and execute plans
• Proficient with technology systems and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards
• Uses forms and logs to support shift execution and corrective action
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Recognizes and rewards crew performance
• Makes decisions requiring manager approval
• Ensures cleanliness and proper functioning of the facility
• Completes other duties as assigned
