Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards. You’ll lead onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and restaurant opening/closing, while ensuring cash handling accuracy and outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire and terminate all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage performance including coaching and documentation.
• Act as manager on duty; open and close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Provide exemplary customer service and staff recognition.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
