Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, interacting with customers, and ensuring safety and quality. The role includes managing onboarding and payroll for hourly crew, scheduling, coaching, and cash handling, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• New restaurant opening experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll for hourly crew.
• Creates crew work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and development of hourly crew.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
