Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

The role involves leading a fast-paced environment, managing crew of hourly staff, onboarding, training, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining safety standards. Strong leadership, organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze problems, set goals and implement plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and rapid to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates schedules for crewmembers and oversees training.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for staff.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
