Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader in the United States. The role supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The position involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interaction, and outdoor/indoor work with varied temperatures. It includes onboarding, staff scheduling, payroll, performance management, and cash handling responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards; conducts shift management meetings.
• Ensures restaurant cleanliness and facility is in good order.
