Job summary

Raising Cane’s in the United States is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves a fast-paced kitchen, guest interactions, and staff management in a dynamic restaurant environment.

This full-time position emphasizes onboarding, scheduling, coaching, cash handling, and adherence to safety standards. Competitive pay with weekly pay and a training incentive are offered.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for training.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crew.
• Creates crew work and training schedules.
• Manages performance through coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards; conducts shift management meetings.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility maintenance.
• Provides exemplary customer service and utilizes recognition programs.
