Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. This role involves leading hourly crewmembers, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management while ensuring cash handling and a clean, safe environment.

You will open and close the restaurant, deliver exceptional customer service, and participate in company programs and benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively and handle problem solving with plans of action.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies, conducts shift meetings, uses tools/logs, and ensures cleanliness.
