Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The role is full-time with opportunities to influence guest satisfaction, team development, and store performance. You will oversee onboarding, shift scheduling, coaching, and cash handling while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Hire and terminate all hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation).
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Lead shift management meetings and ensure safety standards.
• Deploy crewmembers during a shift.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
