Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You will lead in a fast-paced kitchen, ensure customer service excellence, and manage onboarding, scheduling, and payroll for hourly crewmembers.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a competitive base pay with monthly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement plans, and tuition

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll process for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, etc.).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
