Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. The role involves fast-paced kitchen work, customer interaction, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across shifts.

You will hire, train, and manage hourly crewmembers, schedule coverage, and oversee performance, while maintaining exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and highly energetic with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with teams, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
