Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane's standards, and drive the One Love culture. You will manage onboarding, schedules, and performance for hourly crewmembers while ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires leadership experience in a restaurant setting, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

Aufgaben

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes, and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Manages performance, coaching, and documentation for staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
