Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves managing hourly crewmembers, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, coaching, and cash handling, with opportunities for growth and a competitive pay structure.

Qualifications

• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively; capable of problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
