Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold company standards and culture, and drive results across shifts.

You will lead onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for hourly crewmembers, while ensuring customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility in shifts and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train and develop hourly crewmembers.
• Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll processes for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching, and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
