The Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with common software systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers and manages onboarding.
• Creates schedules and coaches performance of staff.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Ensures cash handling accountability and food safety standards.
• Delivers exemplary customer service and enforces policy.
