Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. The role offers full-time hours with a competitive pay package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold standards and culture.
• Lead shift management, safety, and service excellence.
• Hire, train, and manage hourly crewmembers; schedule and payroll oversight.
• Ensure cash handling accountability and proper facility maintenance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and enforce company policies.
