Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to assist the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. You will supervise hourly crewmembers, manage onboarding and schedules, and ensure cash handling integrity.

The role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen, complying with safety and allergen practices, and providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may constantly change.
• Able to work shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
