Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations while upholding our standards and culture. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, interact with customers and ensure safety and quality across shifts.

This role emphasizes staffing, training, and ensuring exceptional guest service. Experience in restaurant management and flexibility to work various shifts are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience desired.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and develop hourly crewmembers.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Coach and document performance, provide guidance.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant.
