Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support day-to-day operations and uphold our standards and culture across all aspects of the restaurant.

You will assist the Restaurant Leader, ensuring a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with strong adherence to safety and quality guidelines. This role requires a proactive, energetic leader and a readiness to train and develop crew members.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is required.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Onboards, changes statuses and handles payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
