Qualifications

• 3+ years restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong prioritization.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and new systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Hire and onboard hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage payroll and performance coaching.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy.
