Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will assist in Open/Close duties, staff coaching, scheduling, payroll, and cash controls while promoting Raising Cane’s culture and values.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and flexibility to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced restaurant management desirable

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
• Manage onboarding, payroll and schedules for hourly crewmembers
• Coach and develop hourly staff, document performance
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and policy compliance
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
