Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily restaurant operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You’ll lead in a fast-paced kitchen, supervise crewmembers, and drive exceptional customer service while ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, etc.).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
