Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Florida to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

The role involves shift management, opening/closing the restaurant, cash handling, directing crew, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining cleanliness and safety. The position offers full-time schedules with competitive pay, weekly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Willing to work days, evenings, weekends and travel for training.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Opens and closes the restaurant and manages cash handling.
• Direct crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and facility is in good working order.
• Executes shift management meetings and enforces standards.
• Authorizes promotions and discounts as needed.
• Maintains Raising Cane’s culture and standards.
