Qualifications

• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with technology systems including Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non‑management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
